FAQ

Once we've received POP and address, we will then dispatch your package within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes between 3 - 7 business days. We use Pep Paxi as our courier service. If you wish to use a different one, please do contact us so we can calculate your delivery fee according to the adress you provide us. We do allow uber package/courier option for customers around Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal but please note that Adorn Hair Boutique will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during uber delivery.

To initiate a return/exchange, customer must contact us (079 692 8237) within 72 hours of receiving package. Customer must provide item(s) they wish to return/exchange , and the reason for the return. Item(s) must be in the same condition for it to be exchanged/returned- no cut lace, no products on wig(s) and it is expected to be in the same packaging (including hair net). Unfortunately we do not offer exchange/return option for wigs on sale.
